This blog will document and chronicle my thoughts and ideas for construction tactics, processes and procedures.

A little about me, I have spent the last 25 years working in the Construction Industry, starting from laborer and working up to superintendent. During this time I have worked in most phases of construction: Laborer, Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman, Field Engineering, Crew Chief, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent and Sr. Superintendent. I have worked on very small renovations to very large complex commercial structures.

Some of the Projects I have enjoyed working on include Retail, Religious, Multi-Family, Municipal, Aviation and Parks projects. They have varied in size from 1MM to 500MM and have lasted for a few months to many years.
